Login to your WORKTRIM account, you will be navigated to the home page. Go to Healthcare and select Manage Residents.
You will see the list of added residents. Click on the menu button beside residents name. Select Incidents.
You will be navigated to Manage Incidents page. Click on Add Incident.
You can either record your audio or use text-to-speech option or type the paragraph directly in the textbox. Once you have filled all the details, click on Save Information.
You will be notified that the incident’s information have been saved.
To check your added incident, go to Manage Incidents. You can see the added incident on the list.
Similarly to add the vitals of the resident, go back to Manage Residents. Click the Menu button and select Vitals.
You will be navigated to Manage Vitals page, click on Add Vital.
Fill all the appropriate details of vitals of the resident. Once done, click on Save.
You will be notified that the vitals of the resident have been saved.
Click on Vitals to check the vitals of the residents. You will find the vitals of the resident have been added on the list.
